Epcot (Soarin/Test Track plan)

I am doing Epcot on 12/9 and have a 3:30 FEA FP. I am looking for suggestions for hitting Soarin and TT with the shortest wait. We can do rope drop, but in which order should we hit the rides. Single Rider is NOT an option, we have two little girls (8/6) that we'd like to enjoy the ride with. Thanks

I would do Soarin and then Test Track. I haven't been there since the third screen so I don't know how fast the line moves now. We missed the reopening on Soarin by days this past June. I still think Soarin's line will get longer faster.
