Epcot/Soarin 1/2 day Friday

Ok, so I'm going to be in Tampa next Friday, with about 6 hours of downtime, maybe more. I'm thinking about running up to Epcot, ride Soarin, and whatever else I can in about 5 hours.

What are the lines like for Epcot, and Soarin on a Friday afternoon?

Any information would be helpful - thanks.

Soarin is still in a soft opening state so it means it may or may not be open when you get there. It may not be open all the time until the grand opening on May 5.
