Epcot restaurant suggestions(other than Canada, Germany or Italy)

We like Chefs de France best of all the Epcot restaurants and we've eaten at most of them. We've sworn off of Rose and Crown - just a really poor value for what they serve and their level of service is not up to par with Chefs. Other restaurants mentioned we just haven't been to in awhile.

We have always done Coral Reef because of the atmosphere and the food. However, last year we branched out and tried Chefs De France and was pleasantly surprised. The beef short ribs and the roasted chicken = yum! The French Onion soup was very good as well. And I am a sucker for creme brulee.
