Since search is down, I was wondering if the poster who provided me with the name of the manager of Itinerary Planning for Epcot resorts could post it again. I forgot to write it down and want to send a letter commending the staff for their wonderful service. Thanks!

I cannot give you the name of the manager but I know on the Disney World website you can write an email with your thoughts. I did that because I had a great experience with the Yacht Club. They called me the next day and told me that they were forwarding the letter to the appropriate people at the Yacht Club. They appreciated my letter.
