Epcot Resort Boat Dock Closures

Last Week (4/4 - 4/8) the Swan and Dolphin Boat Docks were closed, this week (4/11 - 4/15) the Boardwalk Boat Docks are closed, so am I to assume that next week (4/18 - 4/22) it will be the Y&B Clubs turn?

Did you happen to notice if they were being serviced are why the closure?

When we were there last week of March, there were white construction-type fences around part of the lake area of Boardwalk, almost to the boat launch. Maybe they're re-doing the boat launch areas.
