For one of the nights I'm at WDW, EPCOT will have evening EMH from 9-12. Will both Future World and WS be open from 9-12 or do they stagger the closing the same as they do on a normal night?

Terri

Here's a list of the rides that will be open during the entire EMH:

American Adventure -- 9:45, 10:30, and 11:15 p.m.
El Rio del Tiempo
Honey I Shrunk the Audience
Journey into Imagination with Figment
Living with the Land
The Living Seas
Maelstrom
Mission: SPACE
Soarin'
Spaceship Earth
Test Track
Kidcot Fun Stops -- 9 - 11 p.m.

How strict is the close time at Future World on a non EMH night? If you are not in line at 7pm are you out of luck?

What do you mean exactly by "out of luck"?

I mean will I be turned away? Is there a rope or something they put up to bar you from the rides after the 7pm close time? Or since WS is still open are they kind of flexible & not really close until 9pm?

I'm still not entirely sure I understand what you mean but World Showcase isn't open during extra magic hours, it closes down at the regularly scheduled closing time for the park.
Select Future World attractions stay open and once EMH starts you have to have your EMH bracelet in order to ride anything.. everyone else is asked to leave the park at the scheduled closing hour.

On non-EMH nights, several FW attractions usually stay open til 9pm anyway. Rides like Mission:Space, Test Track, Soarin' are always open til 9. Innoventions will close at 7pm, I think Living Seas is another that closes at 7pm.

Since the rides are essentially still open, if you're not in line at 7pm, you'll still be able to ride until actual 9pm closing time.

Hope that clears the confusion.

oogie boogie, that is exactly what I meant - sorry for the confusion. My intention was to go to World Showcase in the late afternoon & hit half the countries & then have dinner & try to go to Future World (after 7pm) to hit Test Track, maybe Spaceship Earth & Ice Station Cool. I bet Ice Station Cool will be closed right at 7pm but it is good to know that I can sneak over to TT when it may be easier to ride it!
I guess to be safe maybe I'll just change around my plans & hit the FW attractions on the way to WS when I know it is for sure open!!!

I think Ice Station Cool is closed for renovation until December. Try a search when you get a chance.

OMG, you're right - I just looked it up! Well, that makes it much easier to plan! Bummer. Note for others:
Ice Station Cool closed for six-month rehab; will reopen as "Club Cool." This shows under rehabs and closings until January 2006.

I thought parts of World Showcase were open at EMH evenings, we were there last week, and I remember it being open... :confused3

Test Track was packed the whole EMH night. We barely got FPs.

only Norway and Mexico are open during EMH because they're the only 2 with rides. The other countries are closed technically. You might still see them open for people shopping, but the shows and exhibits are closed.
