EPCOT processional reservation

Someone has probably asked and has gotten answers about this but I can't find it so I will ask again.

Does anyone know when DINE accepts reservations for the Christmas Processional in EPCOT?

nothing has been posted by Disney yet but the best bet is that something will be announced in Aug and they will start taking reservations then
