Epcot pointers for young family

I am in the beginning stages of planning a trip to WDW with myself, hubby, my sister and her hubby and their 5 kids. They will be between 1-11 at the time of the trip. They will only be able to afford 2 day tickets and obviously one day will be MK. We are thinking the other day will be Epcot. DH and I know MK like the back of our hands but not so much with Epcot. We have only been once for a couple hours (I know!) and literally only did Soarin and livin with the land. My sister is wanting to pretty much stick together and only do things that all the kids can do which means no Test Track or anything with height requirements. That actually works because the older kids aren't into thrill rides and DH and I will more than likely go back to Epcot because we will have at least an 8 day pass. So after that long introduction my question is, what would you all suggest we do together as a family? They are homeschooled and we are going during normal school time so I think they will enjoy the educational aspect of Epcot. Thanks!

If you do Universe of Energy, make sure the young ones use the bathroom before you ride.

In Future World, I would do Spaceship Earth, Innoventions, the Seas with Nemo (my DS8 could spend an hour just in the aquarium), Living with the Land, Universe of Energy and Journey into Imagination. Then, of course, all of WS. Get a times guide for the shows in the various countries. Do Kidcot and all of the movies. You can also do the Gran Fiesta Tour in Mexico. Pick a nice restaurant to have lunch or dinner. With a big group, Biergarten is a lot of fun.
