EPCOT pavilion ceremonies

Does anyone have a current list of fees to use the EPCOT pavilions fo a wedding ceremony? All I have been able to find are fees for dessert parties.

Also, are the pavilions or dessert party locations available for a morning reception? of course ending before the world showcase opens.

Here's what was in the document they sent me when I was first pencilled in:

"Venues in Epcot World Showcase are available for morning ceremonies at 9:00 am. Ceremonies located in Epcot have a $2,000.00 site fee exclusive of tax."

Hope this helps! You should have gotten all of this info in an email from your sales coordinator at the beginning of the whole process. Unless you haven't booked yet which would explain why you didn't get any of this info lol.

On the email I received It said that ceremonies located in Epcot have a $2000 site fee. HTH

We have not signed a contract with Disney, so I feel kinda strange calling the sales agents. There are family issues in play. But I really want to do this, so the info gathering goes on. Thanks to everyone who fills in pieces. y'all are appreciated!

It is $2000, but not all of it is taxable. In my BEO it states $1225 is taxable equaling $1304.63, and $775 is not, so the total cost of the venue is $2179.63. Plus you have to use the charter buses, and only Disney photography and videography. But that's the flat cost for the venue including taxes. And sorry about the family issues
