I was starting to think that my order from Artscow was never going to get here. I placed my order for three Epcot passports on 4/19/10. I received an email confirmation that my books had shipped on 4/27/10. I was surprised at how quick that happened. My books arrived today (5/17/10) in the mail...one day shy of 3 weeks since I received my email notification. The books are fantastic! I am so impressed. My only issue is I forgot to take the page numbers off of the pages, but I can live with that...

Thank you so much donatalie and tebi73. :worship: I used your DISigns and they turned out amazing!

Now off to finish my autograph books! I got a coupon for 5 free 8X8 photo books, so I am going to have fun putting together some amazing autograph books.

They look GREAT!

What size are your books? 4x6 or 5x7?

The first page with Epcot 2010 that you see through the hole in the cover...is that Tebi's or Natalie's image?

I have started uploading pages to the Walmart site and I know that I saved Natalie's pages at the full size but I'm still getting a resolution error. Did you get any resolution errors when you set yours up with artscow?

Those look terrific!

Thank you. My kids are going to be thrilled when they see them. We are surprising them the day we leave for WDW, so I have to wait 2 more months before I can show them.

Thank you. It is 5x7. The Epcot 2010 image is Natalies. I found it on her Natalies Stuff thread she started not too long ago. It is on the first page of that thread. I, too, saved Natalies pages at full size, but I didn't have any resolution errors with hers on artscow. I had a resolution error with the image I used of tebi73's. If you get a resolution error, it tells you that you have to have 300 dpi or better for the best quality. Tebi73 changed the resolution for me and it worked fine. I did have to zoom out/in (I'm not sure which way I had to go, but it was one or the other) a few times and the resolution error went away.

Thanks for the reply...one more question...

Once you turn the first page and there is a silver page on the left and a picture of a passport on the right. Where did you find the silver paper (I think it is Mickey heads)? I know it is natalie's...just not sure where to find it. Thanks.

I got it from her photobucket site under scrapbooking section. I just went to her page and I don't see her scrapbooking section on there anymore.

Hi,
Did you happen to put the book in the share site?? I would love to purchase one.

thanks

No, I didn't. Our name and address is on one of the pages, so I didn't want that information out for the general public to see. I got the idea to do this from another DISer who had shared links of 3 passports she had done. Here is a link to that thread. I don't know if this would help you or not.

Beautiful! I'm still waiting for my 1st order from Artscow. I hope it comes soon! I want to place another order with them, but I kind of want to see one finished product first.

would you be willing to remove the name and address page and save as a seperate book and then post that one on the share site?? :confused3

I deleted the project, but I can redo one and post it on the share site. I'll send you a pm when I do it.

That's how I felt. I had been wanting to do other projects, but I didn't want to waste my time and money without seeing a finished product first. I am really impressed with them. I hope your order comes in soon.

Sorry to be nosey, but how much did they cost? And I knwo you said you got a coupon too, did you find that online or did they direct mail it to you?

I have to agree with you the book came back beautiful. I processed 5/3 and it came back today 5/18 now just waiting for autograph books to comeback. I will share my link I have no personal info if anyone is interested.

Can someone explain to me what Artscow is? The books are sooo cute and I would love to make some like this or make autograph books fo rour next trip but I have no idea where to begin.

I forget the only thing is that I mixed up canada and uk but that is a easy fix;)

Also, how slick is the paper it is printed on, do you think the stamps will run badly?

I bought 3 books and my grand total was $29.65. I used a coupon code I saw on their site for a percentage off of personalized items. The regular price for the 7x5 book with 30 pages is $7.99 and each additional page is $0.30.

The coupon code was emailed to me. Once you register online, you will get a ton of coupon codes along with free items. I get at least one email a day from them it seems.

Artscow is a online custom gift/products/photo printing site. I heard about it here on DISboards. I went through the DISigners photobuckets and threads to find all of the images I used to make the passport along with the autograph books I am still working on.
