Epcot on Saturday or Sunday?

Right now we have it booked for Sunday. Will both days be busy?
We cannot go on a weekday.

I could switch it with HS on a Monday.
We would lose our Sci Fi reservation though.

Is HS more crowded on Sunday or Monday? Then again I would have to check to see if HS has a park reservation open on a Sunday.

I’ve read that HS is busy every day, so don’t move plans around to keep it on a weekday. I would move HS to a weekend and out Epcot on a weekday.

It doesn't really matter all that much with the current conditions.

DHS may be slightly less busy on weekdays as opposed to the weekend, but with DHS selling out of Park Reservations, capacity is capacity.

Weekends at Epcot are basically the same, except they don't reach capacity. Stay with your current plan.

Do you think the food booths will have long lines on a Sunday? That’s one of the main things we want to do.

Oh forgot to mention that Epcot is open until 10:00 that night. This might draw a lot of people there because it’s the only park open that late.

Don't over think it. Whatever day you go will be less crowded than a typical F&W weekend in the before times. Yes, you could experience longish lines for the food booths at certain times. Remember lines will look much longer than they really are due to "social distancing" (an oxymoron if ever there was one).
