Epcot Living Seas Dive Quest

Has anyone taken part in this underwater Scuba tour at the living Seas? I just signed up and was wondering how cool it may be........ I'd like to hear from you.

My husband did this in 2001. It was his anniversary present from me. He had a great time! Said it was one of the best dives he's ever done. Unlimited visability, TONS of animals to see, lots of interaction with spectators (including my dd, who was about 2 at the time. She loved watching her daddy!) Hope you have a great time!!!!!

My husband has done this dive twice and loved it both times. He does a lot of scuba diving and has said that this dive is wonderful for the excellent concentration of fish that you see as well as rays and a couple of sharks. You start with a video presentation and orientation about the facilities and then get to dive. You spend about 30-40 minutes under water checking out the marine life and are given the opportunity to interact with guests through the windows, as well as diners in the Coral Reef resturaunt. After the dive you recieve a certificate of participation and t-shirt and are offered the opportunity to buy a video made of your dive group. He felt is was well worth the time and money.

Our family has done this about 3 times and also our kids did the snorkel thing which is still with an air supply and they gone down pretty far. Everyone thinks it is the coolest thing at DW. Be sure to have the family close by. The ones not diving ususally get to go back for a short tour also and see behind. It is well worth it.
