does anyone have a spreadsheet of the drinks available at the different locations around epcot?

Not sure about a list. Offerings may change with festivals.

I only order the Violet Sake.

There are a pair of vloggers that cover a lot of the EPCOT drinks called Princess and Bear who I think are an amusing couple. Bear recommended some kind of Bourbon mix with a chunk of Bacon that got DH's attention so we sought it out when we went earlier in the month, it was very enjoyable.

Best bar we enjoyed was actually at the Swan Reserve, it is close to EPCOT and all drinks were outstanding.

It's called WDW Food&Wine (at least that's the one I use). Note to the OP: that will only list drinks at festival booths, not drinks available at the 'regular' food locations (I wasn't sure from your post what exactly you were looking for).
