Epcot Germany Biergarten Beer/Alcohol

Hello everyone,

I see the menu for the buffet everywhere but I haven't seen the beer/alcholic drink info or list or menu or pics anywhere.

DH is really interested in how they serve the beer and the kinds they have. Can you get a pitcher? Is German beer on tap or just bottles?

Do they have any other German alcoholic drink specialties in addition to beer and or wine?

What do you suggest for someone like me who isn't thrilled with dark heavy beer but still wants to try some German beer and not just get an American lite?

For dessert have a Rüdesheimer Kaffee, one of the only things I can recommend here anymore. At least this is one thing they do well and have kept traditional.

I don't know if they serve a Radler but you could try that as well.

I don't know about beer by the pitcher, but they do server it by the liter. The Spaten Optimator if my favorite. They also serve Beck Draft and a Hefeweizen draft, as well as bottled beer.

And of course...Rumple Minze for after dinner.

Thanks everyone! Sounds like the Hefeweizen draft might be a good one, neither one of us likes dark bitter beer but are open to new kinds. That beer flight looks interesting. I like the idea of a liter though, there will be 3 adults.

The used to have the Feiglings Fig Vodka (served chilled) and it is fantastic.

Can drink it before dinner, after dinner, heck, even during. It is so good, try it if they have it.

The beer flight is $10+tax.

My poor DH had been waiting a year to order either the liter or the beer flight and instead he and my step-dad both got the tummy flu, so no beer for them.

Instead I got it and they watched me drink it.
