Epcot Friendship boats in the World Showcase Lagoon?

I've seen conflicting information about these boats across the Epcot World Showcase lagoon. Are they running? At all four stops?

I've seen conflicting information about these boats across the Epcot World Showcase lagoon. Are they running? At all four stops?

They only stop in Morocco and Canada. Germany and Mexico are only used when Morocco or Canada docks are being worked on (which is rare).

They don’t start running until a bit after park opening and stop early for fireworks prep.
