Epcot Forever and kites...

I watched a recent video of the return of Epcot Forever and I didn't see the kites that were part of the show when we watched it in 2019.

Will they return once they finish removing the barges or are they a thing of the past?

I thought they got rid of the kites in the "updated" version of Epcot Forever? I'd be really surprised if they bring them back, IMHO, but who knows

As I recall, they were part of the original version (one of my favorite parts). It got updated and they were removed.

Well that's sad. I thought they were originally taken out because they built the barges for Harmonious. Now that they are getting rid of the barges, I was hoping they'd bring them back.... Wishful thinking

I saw "kites" and leaped into this thread, hoping that maybe something of KiteTails had made it over to EPCOT. Just yearning to see cast members try to land a massive Pumbaa on the coast of Italy.

Man, I loved that show. Maybe someday...
