epcot for children

We are big Epcot fans and DS now 10 loves it as much as any park. A toddler will love the living sea, spaceship earth and the energy ride. There is so much at the WS to catch their attention. The living statures are a hoot and all the oudoor music groups will keep them dancing, They will love playing in the fountians and the lighted sidewalks. Though thier are less characters to be discovered, there are two charcater meals there that can make the day more kid friendly. WE always end up wanting more time at Epcot. Not everyone feels this way however. We met a family with four kids last year that asked for their money back at epcot because the children were board their!! Go you will have a blast.

Could someone explain what "Kid Cot" stations are? I picked up that it is a different activity than the Pasports, Right? HAs anyone been recently and do they still do the passports?

Thanks

Kidcot stations are areas in each of the countries in World Showcase where kids can make crafts (and I think play some games) that pertain to that particular country.

When we were there in September, Living Seas also had a crafts or activity table set up.

hi my kids loved the kid stations almost as much as the rides!
(i have to admit i thought it was really kool to)!

Our girls (7 and 3 1/2) enjoyed Epcot this past November. They both liked the Living Seas, they loved baking Toll House cookies in The Land, the Kid Cot stations around the different countries were a lot of fun (sometimes it was hard to pull them away from coloring the mask). Our older daughter loved Test Track. Plus there were characters to see in some countries (i.e. Pooh and Friends in England, Alladin and Jasmine in Marocco). The Ice Cool Station was fun, they both tried different drinks from around the world. We ate in China at 9 Dragons. They were excited to get chop sticks that they took home, and they enjoyed the ginger ice cream. Try to show them unique things in the shops that are kid related (candy from the other countries, clothing, games, etc.). Have fun!
