Does anyone know when the schedule for the 2013 Epcot Food and Wine festival culinary demonstrations and wine and mixology seminars will come out? I saw that we can buy tickets August 13 (AP and DVC and TiW on August 9), but I didn't see a schedule yet.

Anyone remember when the schedule came out for 2012?
Have you ever gone to the demonstrations/seminars - if so, what is it like and did you enjoy it?

Thanks!
Dawna

I totally agree and have been dying for the information, any help would be great :-)

I'm watching as well. I can book on the 9th but don't want to until I know what's offered that week.

I REALLY wish they would release the schedule so we could plan. Only 4 more days until making reservations (sigh)

There is a sticky at the top of the restaurants board all about Food & Wine Fest. I encourage you to check it out. Lots of good info and lots of knowledgable folks on there.

There is lots of good info there, BUT, we want the schedule! :). Unfortunately, that is not there.

I have another thread going on this same thing, but I'll sum it up here. I called on 7/27 and they told me the schedule would be finalized by the end of last week. I called again yesterday and was told they have no idea when it will be released, but that it should be "soon". AP and TiW can book starting this Friday morning, so it has to be available in the next two days. Hope this helps!

It does? Not really.

It would not be the first time Disney has expected us to pay and 'trust them'

isn't this a schedule towards the bottom of the post?

It's not the schedule we're looking for unfortunately. The ones we are waiting for are under the 2013 Food & Wine Festival Welcome Center heading: Mixology Seminars: Learn how to prepare both trendy and classic cocktails from a professional mixologist. Daily at 6:00 pm. Cost is $15. Call 407-WDW-FEST to book.

Each session is done by a different spirit company. Here is a link to last year's schedule just to clarify: http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/me.../WaltDisneyWorld/en_us/PDF/MixologyByDate.pdf

I just received an email from a CM but they aren't answering the question about the $14 culinary demos. They keep directing me to the higher price events. So frustrated!

You mean Disney wants us to focus on the high-ticket events? Shocking! :lmao:

:). Even the $15.00 seminars are getting pricey. That might be the tipping point for me. last time I went to all a available seminars, this time I might only do a few.

The best anyone can say is that the "deminar" schedule will be out before Friday. And that's all that can be said with any certainty at all.

Hard to decide which ones I will go to since I have no idea what they are yet....

Yes, I am being whiny.

I am feeling the way you do. I wish they'd post the schedule. Not giving us a lot of time to choose. And I will not buy a ticket for topic or chef unknown! :(

Called a little while ago. They are still saying "before Friday". Gee, thanks. I won't buy before I know what I'm getting either!
