Epcot Food and Wine Fest?

Has anyone heard any details on the special events yet? They seem to be released later and later every year...Or maybe I just get more anxious every year!

I have seen on Mouseplanet that you have to book events on july 31 so if thats so how come we dont know what the events are.daveb

Not really a reply, but my wife is telling me you can use snack credits on food at the Food/Wine Fest? Anyone heard this?
