Epcot Flower Power Concert ???

How far in advance do they release the schedule for the Epcot Flower Power Concerts? Does anyone remember when the one for 2006 came out?

The reason I ask is because I REALLY want to see The Nelson's at Epcot, and we keep missing them! We always are there like a week or two off of when they are. That would like be my dream to have my two favorite things (The Nelson's and Epcot ) merged like that!!!

So anyway, I want to plan a trip for 2007, but want to wait until I know the concert schedule for Flower Power to see when and if they are going to be there next year. However, I don't want to be planning at the last minute, especially since we are thinking of doing a big extended family trip, and would involve coordinating schedules with other family members.

So anyone know roughly when that schedule gets set?

Its a bit early for 2007.

The 2006 dates have not fully been announced until about a month ago.

I realize they wouldn't be out now...but am just wondering how far in advance to expect them for trip planning purposes. A month in advance really doesn't help much, but I suppose it's do-able.

Be warned, just because a group is performing one year, it does not mean they will be there the next year. We have been going to the F&G concerts for 12 years now and the line up changes year to year, of course, with a few regulars. Just this year Peter Noone is scheduled and we've not seen him on the line up for the past couple of years. Nelson has been fairly new to the list. Just keep your fingers crossed. I have found out that some performers have their own webpage and you can check to see where they are performing, so you could check that out too to see if Florida is listed spring 2007--you may see it there first.

We also wait for (at least a partial) lineup to come out to book.

For this year's festival, the first list I saw (it wasn't complete) was on Steve Soares site in early December.

The DIS (actually WDWInfo.com) was first with a complete list about a month ago.

Don't even try to find the list on waltdisneyworld.com. Typically, they don't put the list on the site until March.

NOw, just to warn you, this is th earliest a COMPLETE list has been "published". Last year, I don't think the lineup was filled in until about a month before the festival. (One of those open date segments was during our trip),
