Epcot Flower & Garden ?

I got the list in the mail the other day.... let me go see if I can find it!

I think I threw it out. It was in the Passholders newsletter, I got my copy mid-week, so other APs should have one. I just kept the couple things I wanted out of it, and tossed the rest.

Okay - well I searched on Davy Jones and got the list!

Turn back the clock while you groove and rock at the Flower Power Concert Series. Epcot's open air America Gardens Theatre provides a picturesque setting for some of the biggest names in music from the 60's and 70's. Three shows nightly at 5:45pm, 7:00pm and 8:15pm.

You are welcome. I hope you enjoy. I am hoping this year I can convince my DD who will be 9 soon that we need to go listen to some of these bands. This will be the third May we have lived here, and I have yet to get there for any of them!

I am old, so I want to hear Eric Burdon. I was just a little kid when he hit it big, so I am thinking he must be 60 something. Nothing like seeing the old teen idols looking like crap to make you feel old.

I told DH we might be able to hit him and Paul Revere and he was "excited".
Anyway, I have never been to the Flower show, and I am really excited if we get to go.

We went last year and it was great. Saw Davy Jones and it was deja vu alright,lots of fun and the gardens were beautiful.

We went a few years ago and saw Arlo Guthrie. He is gray haired but his sense of humor is intact and he is in good voice. My teen son didn't want to go, but I insisted, and he really enjoyed it. Remember the song, "I don't want a pickle, I just want to ride my motorsickle...etc." My son thought it was hilarious and laughed harder than I did.

I think the list someone else posted was from a previous year. Some year I want to be in Orlando for the whole Flower and Garden Festival. It is my favorite time of year in Disney and I love the concerts!
