hi

I'm Struggling choosing my Epcot fast pass options. I LOVE SOARIN -it's my favourite ride- I will be staying at boardwalk and walking to Epcot for 9am rope drop . I then want to go straight to SOARIN. Then use my 1st fast pass to ride SOARIN again. I don't do thrill rides so am not interested in test track - but need to choose 2 more fast passes so then I can try for more SOARIN later on day .

Any advice on 2 other fast pass options?

Thanks

Maybe Mission Space (you can go non spinning if that's not your thing!) or Spaceship Earth? Not sure if you are interested in Turtle Talk but sometimes that's a good fastpass option too.

Spaceship Earth is very gentle, if you've not been on that before, you'd probably be okay!

If what you really want is another Soarin FPP just choose any other two for as early as possible then go straight back to a booth for your fourth and fingers crossed for another Soarin one. I would choose Spaceship Earth and the character meet and greet given Maelstrom is shut down.

I agree with scoobydooby - go for whatever the earliest next two rides are but I have to say, I'd be very surprised if you got a second Fastpass for Soarin'. Those things go really quickly - during my last trip the fastpasses had all gone by 10am.

Spaceship Earth and Living with the Land - sometimes the line here can be very long! It's an okay ride for a sit down!

Another vote for Living with the Land. It's the sort of thing that I feel like we wouldn't enjoy, but we really kinda do. I'd use the other one on Turtle Talk, although it's probably not going to be necessary early on. It's all about getting that 4th FP+.

I have the same problem but I like TT but can't have that with soaring. I'm choosing Nemo & the character photopass.

Hi, if you weren't really bothered about your two other fastpasses you could try the trick in post 6 of this thread.
http://www.disboards.com/threads/tiering-system-at-epcot-question.3386482/

Basically it says that if you cancel 2 of your FP+ before you use any of your fastpasses, then as soon as you have used your one remaining FP you can go to a kiosk and get a 4th FP in any tier you like. That would mean you could get your 4th much earlier and have a better chance of Soarin still being available.

I made my FP selection-
Park opens 9am -I will be waiting at the international gateway at 9am
Plan on going to SOARIN
9.15-10.15 SOARIN fast pass
10.15-11.15 turtle talk with crush
11.15 - 12.15 characters meet fast pass

Anyone know what characters are usually at Epcot- is there a way of finding out in advance or on the day ? Thanks

Why don't you go and do Test Track immediately the park opens before Soaring? You'll get through in plenty of time for your next FPP selections. At Epcot Character Spot we saw Mickey and Minie Mouse.

I have arthritis & oesteoperosis lol I'd end up in a heap of agony if I did test track lol
Plus SOARIN is my fave ride in wdw

We like Nemo, living with the Land Spaceship earth and mission space!

We are doing Epcot 2 days. On our first day our fast pastes are Test Track, Nemo, and Turtle Talk. The second day our FPs are Test Track, Spaceship Earth, and Figment. My older son (hes 8) LOVES Test Track. Its his favorite ride in all of Disney World. I gave him the option of FP Soarin the 2nd day, bc you can't FP both on the same day, but he said he wanted to do Test Track as many times as we possibly could, lol. Last year was the 1st trip he went on Test Track and he got super sick while we were on vacation I felt so sorry for him. He wanted to do Test Track so bad, that was really the only ride that he was looking forward to. So we had a FP for it so we only took him into the park for that ride. We actually rented a wheel chair for him to get him over there bc he couldn't walk. Anyways long story short out of our whole vacation (and he only got sick the last 2 days) the only thing he remembers so vividly was Test Track which in my mind is absolutely amazing bc he was so sick I'm surprised he remembered anything being that sick, lol.

You absolutely will not need a FP for Figment. I have never seen a queue for that ride, ever!

I know I don't need a FP for figment but there's really nothing else in epcot for FPs since you can't have test track and soarin on the same day and we already have a FP for space ship earth, nemo, and turtle talk.

We are doing a ton of character dining plus a ton of M&Gs at Magic Kingdom so my oldest son doesn't really want to meet any characters
