Epcot Evening EMH's and buses

Quick question...

Will be staying at the Boardwalk, and will be having dinner at AKL. Considering taking the bus from AKL to Epcot and walking through to IG to get back to BW after dinner

We have an 8:30 PM ADR, so we figure we would be ready to head back to the resort between 10:00 - 10:30ish.

Epcot has Evening EMH's that night, and Epcot hours that day are 9A - 7P for Futureworld and 11A - 9P for World Showcase.

Evening EMH's add 3 hours, so does that mean that resort buses will run to Epcot until 10 PM (since Futureworld "closes" at 7P, so EMH goes 'til 10P w/EMH), or would they run until 12 midnight (since World Showcase "closes" at 9P, so EMH goes 'til 12M)?

TIA, I am just a little bit thrown by the fact that Epcot has two different sets of operating hours

You're not alone in your confusion!!! A lot of people have the same issue. Although FW 'closes' at 7, most of the rides/attractions are still open until WS closes for the night. You can still hop on TT, M:S, Soarin', SE. So, basically Epcot closes at midnight when they have evening EMS's. So, buses will be running there from the other resorts quite frequently. Your plan to take the Epcot bus from AKL is a good one. You should be all set.
