Epcot EMHs during food and wine

If Epcot has EMHs as night during food and wine, do the booths stay open in the WP or just rides? How are wait times from 9-11 typically?

For morning EMHs, how are wait times at Spaceship earth and Nemo?

The Food Booths do not stay open during PM EMH at either Food & Wine or Flower & Garden.
