Epcot characters at RD- which ones first?

Half of our group is interested in character meets at one of our Epcot rope drops (while the other half hits TT), specifically Anna & Elsa and Joy & Sadness. What are the current wait times for Joy & Sadness? Still pretty long? Originally (before all the Frozen stuff opened), we were thinking we would need to see Anna & Elsa first, then Joy & Sadness, but A&E wait times don't seem as bad as I thought they might be. Should we see the Inside Out characters first to avoid a longer wait?

I would do Joy/Sadness first because the wait times for Anna/Elsa have never been over 20-30 minutes.

When we were there last week, wait times for Anna and Elsa were very low. In fact, when we got off FEA on Saturday around 5:00, the wait was only 5 minutes. Wait times for Joy and Sadness were about 30 minutes.
