Try the Inniskilling Icewine for desert. It is expensive at about $15 per 3 ounce drink but worth every sip. Canadians know how to make great desert wine.

Man that's expensive, we get a bottle for about $30. But still worth it. My DW loves it when I put it in the frezzer for a little while and get it super cold.
