Just got a look at the TS listing for the 2015 Dining Plan, and hardly any of the restaurants are on there! Will more be added later? And how would we make reservations? We are close to 6 month mark.

This is typical. I think it has something to do with Disney renewing the contract with all the Table Service restaurants. Usually they're all added closer to the end of the year. You can book them now and then if for some reason they don't renew the dining plan (probably unlikely if they were on the plan in 2014) you could cancel and book somewhere else. When you book you don't have to indicate that you are paying or using a dining plan credit.

Currently only the Disney owned restaurants are listed on the dining plan brochure. The third party restaurants have until the end of the year to sign their contracts so it will probably be close to the end of the year or the beginning of the next before they are listed. However, it is most likely that any restaurant currently on the plan will be on it next year. Only one restaurant currently operating has dropped out in the past and it is back on the plan this year.

The restaurants in Mexico, China, Italy, France, Morocco and Japan are not operated by Disney, so they won't be listed yet.
