Epcot and AK quick service breakfast options

I know, I know. We are doing early entry and we will have some breakfast options in the room but I wan t to know my options in case we want to eat breakfast after that early entry 30 minutes. What are my options?

Starbucks in both parks, Joffrey Coffee Stands have pastries, bakery in Norway. I don’t think AK or Epcot have like eggs, potatoes with bacon/sausage etc like Hotel QS would. Friar’s Nook in MK has breakfast sandwiches and bowls I think.

At AK: Yak and Yeti QS has breakfast items - Egg white English muffin, Sausage and Egg English Muffin, Breakfast Bowl

At AK: Kusafiri Coffee Shop has Muffins, Croissant, Breakfast pastries

At AK: Starbucks has breakfast sandwiches.

At Epcot: Depending on what time the park opens, the shop in France has many breakfast items, Joffrey Stands have pastries and donuts. Garden Grill is open for breakfast (I think) if you want a TS and Sunshine Seasons has grab and go things. Lately the earliest park hours for Epcot have been 10 am. You could easily go to any of the resorts behind WS for breakfast, there are a number of good places to eat breakfast at Swan/Dolphin.

No, Garden Grill is still not open for breakfast.

epcot has the crepe place open in the mornings for breakfast for an hour.france.

When we were at AK in October, they had at least one cart with breakfast sandwiches, we saw it on our way from Pandora to the safari.
