Epcot/AK split day

for our spring trip we have 4 day hoppers. We have never been to AK and wanted to spend some time there. We will have to split the day at Epcot because we have an ADR at Akershus At 5pm. I'm stumped on our FP for the day. DD is a smidge under 44". If she makes 44" before our trip we wanted to try EE. At AK the only other ride she would enjoy is the safari. At Epcot she loves Soarin and Nemo. Should I:
1. Do Safari at rope drop and use the FP for Soarin, Nemo and turtle Talk
Or
2. FP Safari, EE and maybe a show and hope there will be a FP for Soarin left when we get to Epcot (we could do standby for Nemo amd skip Turtle Talk if lines are too long).

I would definitely use your FP for Soarin, hitting safari first thing and if she makes the EE height, then go there straight after safari, spending the rest of the morning at AK then heading for Epcot. It will probably be a waste of a FP for Nemo, but between safari/EE at rope drop or Soarin later in the day, there's no way I'd chance a FP still being available day of.

I would go with # 1 for sure. Fastpasses for Soarin run out fairly early, so if you don't get there until afternoon, you might not get one.

I agree with PPers. Safari at rope drop, fp for Soarin.

AK is very easy to rope drop without FP+. Save your FP+ for Epcot.
