Epcot After Hours - Getting Back?

Hi, all.

I definitely jumped onto making reservations for the new Epcot After Hours "wind down" (I'd post a link but I'm too new), but now I have to make sure that we have a means of getting back to our rooms at the end of the evening.

The After Hours lounging runs from after the fireworks to ~11pm; at that point, assuming a 9pm park close, the Epcot buses are normally out of service, correct? The Monorail information page says that "the monorail system" runs until an hour after the latest park closure; does this mean that the Epcot monorail is still running, allowing for us to catch a bus back to our resort via MK?

Failing the buses running later because of this, or the monorails being available, what other options are there for getting from a closed park to the resorts? I can't imagine they'd run what a new event without there being transport options for those partaking.

Generally speaking, theme park buses run until every Guest has left the park.

I haven't heard anything specific about this event, but Epcot buses already run until a couple of hours after closing for Guests with dinner reservations right at closing time, so this would be just a little bit longer. That includes buses to the MK resorts, which currently take over when the monorail closes.

You may find it takes longer to get home, though, as buses will run less frequently and may stop at several resorts.
