Epcot 8am EMH- is Les Halles open?

I know even on a non-emh day, Les Halles is open earlier than the rest of WS for breakfast but.........on 8am EMH day are they open *extra* early too- like at 8am?

Entering from International Gateway, we would love to grab a ham & cheese croissant and (eat-while-walking) head over to TT -or- Soarin before getting on monorail to MK for the day.
