Envelope exchangers- please read and check your PM's immediately

Some people have not picked up their names yet and I'm asking them to do so immediately. I am tracking the assignment messages and I know who hasn't read their PM's. I want to make sure that you will be sending out your letters. It is not fair to those who spend the time and money to send out letters if you don't plan on sending something in exchange. I've also sent PM's to the people who are sending letters asking them to hold on sending until I know that these folks plan on exchanging. For some it might be too late but I'm hoping we can all be honest and fair.

Names just went out Sunday.....it is only Tuesday.
Sometimes it takes a few days for people to go to their PM boxes......some people haven't resigned for PM notification either.

Don't worry about it until Friday at least.....and then go the e-mail route, if available.

Thanks. I have sent e-mail to them. I'd just hate to think that someone would send an envelope and not receive anything in return. Hopefully the folks that haven't picked up their names have just been busy. I just want to be sure.

There are only three people out of around 50 who haven't picked up their names. I've sent them PM's and e-mail to remind them to pick up the names. It's the first time I've run an exchange and I would like it to be smooth. Thanks for offering to send out an extra envelope. I hope we won't need one. Unless I've contacted you directly I know you picked up your name(s).
