When do they let you in for early breakfast ADRs?

If you have an ADR at the exact time of opening, do they allow early entry? What are the rules surrounding early access?

Depends where it's at actually, HS still won't let you in until 8 if your breakfast adr is at 8. That has been our experience anyhow but we always go off season
