I am confused. If I want to try for an Entertainment Book Rate on a RPH stay... do I just call Universal direct? Or Lowes? Help!!

You should call Universal direct and ask abuot discounts. It sounds like the ER Rate for 2004 won't be out until late Nov., but keep trying!!!
