entertainment rate help for hojos

I am trying to book my hotel right now and it shows me the correct price for 3 nights but when I try to book it says rate not available... Does anyone know if in house reservations is open 24 hours or just in the day time? Thank you

Call inhouse res. 8am-5pm (PST) M-F ... I had no luck with the online booking so I called and was able to get Ent.Rate ... and I asked for a email of res. confirmation ...

I called about 30 minutes ago and they transferred me to the main reservation center who charged me the regular rate but noted on there that they would give me the ent. rate (he called the hotel and they said ok) and told me to double check with the actual hotel in the morning... im hoping everything goes okay because it saves me 105 dollars over my original reservation!

for a premium room its 79, the others are either 59 or 69 i think.

An 800 number rep who actually knew about the Anaheim entertainment rate? How lucky are you??????!!!!??????

For the future, you can just go day by day, reserving it online, then call to ask that they link them together, and remind them when you get there. I was looking in my old info, and I did that for our very first stay there, doubt I even let them know, but their systems figured it all out.

I booked for a client yesterday and emailed Hojo about changing to the Ent rate. They got back to me within 15 minutes with the rate updated. stay@hojoanaheim.com

The same thing happened to me the other day. I just called at 9 the next morning and booked over the phone. Have a great trip!

thanks everyone, I got it all fixed now and I was able to get the ent. rate for my vacation
