Would it be best to buy the book in my area or the Orlando area? Can I get the hotel discounts with either book? Are there any local discounts in the Orlando book that would be worth it? What about the Universal bucks (?) that you get back when buying a full price ticket? Would that be available to me with my local book? Sorry for all the questions.

I would recommend the one in your area. I sold a local one (we live in Tampa) to my mom and she used it to stay at the PBH and she said she got a lot of money off. We use it all the time for dining in our area. Plus, if you buy the one in the Orlando area, you are going to get to use it for however long you are staying. With the local one you can use it at Universal for the hotels and in your area. It comes in handy too. My mom keeps the one I sold her in her car and uses it almost every weekend for something or another. HOpe this helps!
