I saw that on the site, too. It says they will charge you from $25 to $40 when the 2005 book comes out. I found a small link below that offer to just order the 2004 book only.

mtblujeans-I tried today and ordered the entertainment book and it let me do only one offer. The book I want is the 2005. If it won't let you buy only one offer try opening a hotmail ( or Yahoo or one of those) account. You can use it just for this. Only problem is that I think the Your Gift Cards can't get e mail through Hotmail. I found a number to call them so I'll call tomorrow.

Went to the site and the Entertainment book was not an option.
Only had about 5 options, most related to credit cards. Do you think there is a regional difference in the offers? I live in Nevada.

volvomom1- Did you try this address www.yourgiftcards.com? I just went and the Entertainment book is the first one listed and it says entertainment book. Try again. If it still doesn't work try calling (512) 652-9015 ( I called from my cell so I don't pay long distance). The lady was really nice because I couldn't get e mail from them through Hotmail. Explain your situation maybe she'll process for you direct. Worth a try it's an entertainment book free.
P.S. It's still only one offer to sign up for too.

I logged back onto the site, and they asked for my e-mail and password, and when I typed it in, they said there's no record of me being there. Well, my credit card has a record of my purchase, so I wrote them an e-mail asking them to check into it. I also told them we're all talking about them here, so if they blow it, I'll be sure to let you know.

One tip about contacting them through the link on their site. When it asks you which area your question is regarding try to make sure you pick whichever option is closest to what you need assitance with. When I wasn't recieving a confirmation email I contacted them twice with no response. I tried one more time and changed the category which my question fell into and I got an almost immediate response and have been getting GREAT communication ever since then. They have been very helpful and very nice! If this was only like a $10 rebate or something I don't think it would be worth it, but for $50 I don't mind having to 'chase them around' a little bit

I called the number you guys had up there, thanks. They e-mailed me a confirmation sheet to send into them, via snail mail, and then said it would take 6-8 weeks, so I'll keep you guys posted! By the way, the counter down there is goofy...we have 88 days...(October 8, 2004) we're all counting here at home looks like whoever reset the counters got confused!

So I got an envelope in the mail today from yourgiftcards.com. I couldn't figure out why it was a flat envelope and didn't feel like anything was in it. So I opened it and this is what it said:

'Due to the overwhelming demand, $50 visa gift cards are in short supply. Please accept this $50 check as a replacement for the gift card. If you have any questions or concerns....' (blah blah with a phone number and email contact.)

SO COOL! I guess it really works, and now I have $50 that I can spend anywhere and not just at Macys like I had ordered (it's going in the Disney jar.) My DBF is still skeptical. He says don't get too excited until I cash the check It looks real to me, watermarks and everything I'll let you know tomorrow when I cash it! Anyone else get one yet??

I know this post is a little old, but I decided to try it as I buy an ENT book every year. Costco was a gift card option so that's what I'm trying for. We will see if it works for me and if it doesn't I will at least get my book. Thanks for the info and BTW it states you have to complete only one offer.

That's what it said when I did it too, but lately other people have said that it said more and I went to check it said more than one. I guess it changes periodically. Better catch it while it still says one

ANYONE receive a gift card yet? Made my order April 24, 2004. Its been four months, two months since my status was changed with my order of the card.

I guess this is just another SCAM. I did need the entertainment book but its unfortunate they made money off of me when I could have gone through MyPoints and gotten 750 points which i could trust I could get.

O.K. well, thats encouraging.

I am upset because I have written them three times with no response. Looks like you ordered at the same time I did so did your status ever change to shipped before you received that check?

It never said shipped until I received the check. They must not update them very frequently. I went to the main website and clicked on the 'contact us' link and emailed them. The customer support people were GREAT! Just be very polite to them and they are very willing to help I emailed about 4 times because something got messed up with my account. I never got a confirmation email because I guess Yahoo blocked it as spam? So they sent me a confirmation email and then I had to print it out and mail it. Have you done that yet? If not, email them and let them know that you still have not received one. Good Luck! Let me know what happens

And then............nothing.

The screen just stays white forever. It never comes in.

Not sure. Maybe wait a little while and try again? It does direct you to the entertainment book website, but it worked for me. Sorry I can't help

this has happened to me everytime i try to use their web site EXCEPT when i purchased the book....hmmmm...i have told them twice and guess what... a year has gone by and still no website...ticks me off cause you can't use some of the features without the website. some people seem to never have a problem...i have incredibly slow speed due to lousy phone service ( live in the boonies) so i wonder if that has anything to do with it..

I found out what my problem was...................cookies!!!

I used another computer and went right through!

I had ordered a 2004 book a month or so ago and I think that the Entertainment book's cookies must have been blocking the new offer coming in.

So if anyone else gets a blank page, try another computer.
