I've been trying now for at least 30 minutes to get the "Enterprise" rental car website to come up and it won't. Has anyone been able to use their website lately?
Careful of them. I recently got a letter that claims I ran through a toll booth without paying while driving an Enterprise rental car. While I did have that car (verifed the plate number on my saved agreement) I did not have the car until 20 days after the violation. The turnpike says I have to pay the fine as Enterprise told them I had the car. I've called Enterprise and the clerk verified the dates, but here it is a month later and they still have not corrected the info with the turnpike. The turnpike says there is nothing they can do for me other than me paying the fine. And now there is a late fee tacked on. I even faxed the turnpike my rental agreement with the dates I had that car circled, but they will not accept it.
