Enough time to visit a park then take Auto Train?

To those of you who have traveled on the Auto Train before, do you make one last visit to the parks before leaving? We were thinking we would get up early, check out, and drive to one of the parks for opening, spend a couple of hours and then head back to the train. That way we can wear out DD before putting her back on the train too.
Do you all feel like there is enough time to do this? What time do you leave WDW to make it comfortably to the train/Sanford?

We always leave a minimum of 1 hour for driving from Disney to the Sanford Auto Train terminal. You are required to be there by about 2, I believe. We usually try to be there by 1:00. The latest I would leave Disney is 12:00/12:30pm. That would only give you a couple of hours. We usually "hit" DTD for a short shopping trip before leaving. That may be an alternative to wearing your daughter out.
