Can someone explain this show/attraction for me? I read the information but am trying to decide if it is a good thing for twin toddlers to do? They will be 2.5 when we go and I just can't get a handle on what this attraction is from reading the description.

Thanks!

Children in the audience (and two adults) act out the story of the night Belle and the Beast fell in love, with help from Belle. All children who want a part get a part, but yours can just sit and watch as well. At the end of the story, each child is able to have a quick picture taken with Belle, but no autographs and really no real interaction. So it's a story/play and a picture with Belle.

I will say that the animatronics are amazing and there is some technology that is used to "magically" take everyone back in time from Maurice's cottage today to that night in the castle. The technology alone makes it worth doing once.

Okay that makes more sense! Can you estimate the time of the show? Like how long does it last? That might help me decide if these little ones can do it.

You should be in and out in 20 minutes. My son was your twins' age when we did it the first time, and he loved it (though he didn't do a part then...he just watched and went up for a picture with Belle at the end). I see littles like that doing it all the time.

Okay great! I think that helps a lot and after watching the video I understand more how it works!

It is definitely worth doing once. If your twins are at all into Belle or Beauty and the Beast then they will love it. If your kids are up for it have them volunteer for a part in the show. It makes the experience even better. Cheers!!!!

My 3 year old son really enjoyed this. It's nice to keep in your plan because it's a change up from the rides, and even different than other shows. I liked that it was a small group (not a big theater like other shows). It's different, but fun and interactive, and the time goes quickly.

My little one was Chip two summers ago, and she was hopping over all the house whenever we mentioned Belle after our trip.....so cute. For last summer, she practiced her roars and was chosen as the Beast while Mommy and Daddy were the knights. Great interactive fun for the family. I love all the pictures of my little Beast with Belle. I would recommend this for family with young children and all the Beauty and the Beast fans.

Does Belle take pictures with adults after the show as well? I’m hoping for a quick photo.

Belle takes pictures with anyone that stands to get in the line. Be aware that parents are required to stay in your seats to take pictures so your pictures will not be perfectly centered. The Disney photographer will take pictures that you can purchase but they are not fond of you standing in the aisle to get your own shot during this interaction. It is not like a regular meet and greet.

This was the highlight of my daughters first trip there. A CM was walking around asking who can growl the best, my then 4.5 year old did and got picked for Beast and got to dance with Belle. :lovestruc
