I just checked for Frozen in November and I could book it.Semi-related note: the three dessert parties, HEA, FEA, and SW, are totally greyed out. It's not even blue and saying no times are available, they're just grey.

So weird. I checked again just now. I can book frozen and Star Wars dessert parties for Oct. & November. How can that be? I don't want either one of those. Just hoping for EMM. Come on Disney, take my money already!I just checked again, and nada. Everything from today clear until February is grey. Some dates were blue yesterday, at least until the end of December. I even logged into my account to see if that would change anything, no.

So I just got off the phone with someone from Disney dining, and she said that EMM will not be updated until October for November and beyond. Of course we take that with a giant grain of salt because cast members are often wrong, but this is consistent with the earlier report that they are only updating this quarterly which would be October 1.
Glad you were able to talk to a somewhat knowledgeable CM. When I tried calling this morning, the CM I spoke to was really clueless. She thought I was unable to get EMM in November because it was already booked. I kept explaining that dates had not yet been made avilable past October. She was really surprised! LOL. I knew more than she did, which was kind of amusing. So I just got off the phone with someone from Disney dining, and she said that EMM will not be updated until October for November and beyond. I'd love to know which days of the week they'll schedule for this, if it is extended. Tuesdays were one of the days for October, right? Hoping for that since we planned to be at MK the Tuesday of our trip anyway.

If Disney wants to actually sell tickets to this event, it seems silly to wait until October 1 to release November dates. For a destination that requires so much advance planning, Disney certainly makes it a planner's nightmare to travel there. They wait until the last minute to release schedules and change around park hours after FP and ADR with little regard to the guests visiting WDW. It's frustrating.
Does anyone recall how far in advance EMM reservations can usually be made? I can make ADRs in 4 days, but even those hinge on EMM (what day we will be at MK, the buffet breakfast etc.) We loved EMM the last time we were at Disney and wouldn't think of passing it up, but it's so frustrating when you can't even see when it will be offered! And of course, EMM is still completely grayed out.
If I go to the link for the dessert party it's greyed out but if I go to Disneyworld, things to do, make a reservation I can book Star Wars dessert party. I can also book EMM for Sept and Oct dates. I cannot book them if I use the Early Morning Magic link.I ran into the greyed out Star Wars dessert party today also. I had to cancel one that I booked due to conflicts in my schedule. I was going to try an rebook on a day that worked if available--but nothing. Guess I'm not giving Disney more money. Seems they would want their website to work when it means more $$ for them.
For our first week of Dec. trip last year the EMM schedule came out Sept. 1. That was the morning I booked it. I don't know if Nov. was released then, or if it was earlier, as i was only really watching for Dec.Does anyone recall how far in advance EMM reservations can usually be made?
