EMH wristband locations

Can someone tell me where the various places to get a wristband for evening EMH at MGM, MK and Epcot are?

(btw I know EMH has been bad for some but I want to try it, likely for less popular attractions, and because I love the atmosphere of the parks at night)

We got our MK wristbands up front right past the turnstiles before you walk into the locker area. They had a line set up with ropes.

In Epcot, we got ours at the information booth right by the electronic billboard that tells you the wait times (between Spaceship Earth and the fountain)

Oh, and I agree with the beauty of the atmosphere at night. When my DW and I did Epcot EMH without the kids, we hung around at the Rose and Crown pub for a while, walked over to Figment ride, but then just sat on a bench, enjoyed the magic and talked for about an hour or so. There was no one else around! They were all waiting in line at Soaring and Test Track
