My husband and I are going to WDW this September and it's his first time!! I want to go to morning and evening EMH for Animal Kingdom and Disney MGM Studios probably. Do they have fastpass available at this time? If not, which is better to do first in the morning, EE or KS?

EE first. It will fill up way faster, and your best bet is to head for it first thing. Not sure if FastPass is operating. If you think you'll like it enough to do it twice, grab a FP and then get in line. We did this with Soarin' and it worked great. Just keep in mind that you can only have one FP until the start time of the one you are holding, so if it is far in the future, I wouldn't go for it.
After EE, you can head over to Safari and if the line is too long, grab a FP for that.
Have fun. I haven't made it on EE yet, but I saw the lines when I was there. A friend of mine was there, and by the time they got there the lines were huge, and the FP was so far ahead they didn't even bother. Not sure what time they hit the park tho.

We were there just last week and we did Extra Magic Hours at both parks. At Animal Kingdon we got there early afternoon. There were no fastpasses left for the day and standby was 50 minutes. So we had late lunch/early dinner at Rainforest Cafe (It was not good). It took us two hours there (we had a 5 minute wait to get in). Anyways, as the nite went on, the wait for EE got shorter and shorter By 9 the wait around 10 minutes or less and we went on two or three times. We did the same strategy at Epcot, bascially just kept an eye on wait times and waited til later to do the bigger rides, like Soarin, TT and MS. We had no problem getting on any of them with only short waits, as there were few fastpass people to compete with. We left the park 20-30 mins before closing and beat the rush to the buses and got back to the resort (POR) in pretty good time. Good luck and have a great time.
