On EMH Morning what time does the park open? Am I correct in thinking that on EMH evening the park is open 3 hours after closing? Does this ever differ?

Morning Extra Magic Hour occurs one hour prior to regularly scheduled park opening. That means if the park is scheduled to open at 9 a.m. to the general public, the Extra Magic Hour begins at 8 a.m. Transportation for the park offering Morning Extra Magic Hour will begin 30 minutes earlier than the opening time. This is ONLy for those guests staying staying at:

-- Walt Disney World-owned resorts
-- Walt Disney World Dolphin & Swan Resorts
-- Hilton Resort at Downtown Disney
-- Shades of Green

Transportation for the park offering Morning Extra Magic Hour will begin 30 minutes earlier than the opening time.

The buses to ALL theme parks begin about 6:45am, or so, every day, regardless of which one has an 8am EMH, if any.
In case of a very early EMH (7am), the buses will be running even earlier than that.

This takes care of early ADR's and early "events" at various resorts and parks.
