EMH park question

sorry if this is on the wrong board, but with the new EMH program does the park which is open later for on grounds guests charge an extra fee for the wrist band like the E-Ride night at mk, or do we just show resort id and recieve wrist bands thanks!

Extra Magic Hours, both morning and night, are free perks to guests staying at WDW resorts (including all DVC properties.)
