It's still not up on Disney's website, but I got some EMH evening hours from a Disney rep who helped me get ADR's for the first week of October.

According to her, EMH evenings will be:

10/2 - MGM
10/4 - EPCOT
10/5 - MK
10/6 - AK

I did not ask for morning EMH's. Sorry. I sleep in on my vacations. I also didn't ask for the rest of October. Keep in mind the days of the week for this could vary wildly in the latter 3 weeks of October, depending on what nights they have MNSSHP.

Hope this helps!

I waS just about to come and post that my DU itinerary now as EMH's listed every day.

The morning ones listed on my itinerary say

10/1 AK
10/3 Epcot
10/4 MGM
10/7 MK
10/8 AK

so morning EMH is 1 hr amnd evening is 3 hrs???

I wonder why Epcot and AK are switching EMH nights?? Usually AK is Tues and Epcot is Thurs.

I did a lot of research on what the old Oct. hours were and what they've been running now and it worked out perfect for us. Here is our schedule

9/28-Nick Hotel
9/29-10/2 Cruisin on the Wonder
10/2 4pm dinner at LTT then MNSSHP w/ special fireworks!!
10/3 Epcot (doubt we'll make the early EMH but possible) HDDR dinner @ 5pm and maybe back for illuminations.
10/4 MGM Studios EMH morning!! Prime Time Lunch at 1230; fantasmic
10/5 MK CRT 950 (would have loved earlier but not available) Spectro & Wishes!!
10/6 AK w/ Boma at 510pm + EMH evening!
10/7 home :( early flight right now, but may change MK is an EMH morning!!

Shawna

now where do I find out the fireworks etc...

redmomof4, if you go to the calendar at the wdw site, then click on the date, it will give you parade & fireworks times. :flower:

Yay, this does help me a lot! I'm not sure if we'll be doing EMH mornings so I just need those to put them in the group itinerary as suggestions. I'm much more concerned with my ARs -- I am so glad to see that my friends correctly predicted the EMH evenings, and I won't have to attempt changes to my great ARs. :-) (We snagged CRT on our first night, LeCellier on our last night, WCC on MK EMH-evening, etc)

Related EMH evening question: We are planning on dinner at WCC (AR for 7:20pm), then taking the boat to MK for EMH. When would we pick up our wristbands? Should we go from our resort to MK, pick the wristbands and then take the boat to WL for dinner? If the park closes at 9pm to the public that night, and the numerous bans would not be available earlier than seven the Clark, so the timing might be tight....both on picking them up at 7pm, and getting to the MKturnstyles and wristband pick up before 9pm. If the park is open 'til 8pm, then presumably we could pick them up at/after 6pm and still be at WL by 7:10 for 7:20. Hmm...

Any thoughts/suggestions on this?

I have that 10/5 MK is morning EMH but on 10/12 also a Wed I have it in the evening. Did I copy it down wrong when they told me?

My thinking, FWIW, is that 6 October is the Thurs. prior to Coumbus Day weekend, and that is usually a pretty busy time at WDW. There are a couple of large conventions at the S/D that week as well. I think that things will be busy enough without adding EMH. Who knows, maybe Disney is just testing things to see how it goes? LOL....

I wonder if any of the F & W Festival booths are open during the Epcot EMH.

Yes- Wednesdays, MK has evening EMHs in October.

Only thing I'm disapointed in is that there is more than a week between AK night EMH's - which means not one occurs during my whole trip. :(

Other than that, though, pretty much what I expected.

Since you will be a resort guest, you should be able to obtain a wristband regardless of when you arrive at the park. I certainly wouldn't schelp your whole crew over to the MK before dinner just to get the wristband. Go to dinner, then to the MK.
