EMH attractions at Epcot?

How does the EMH work at Epcot? Futureworld and Showcase both hours are different, both in the morning and evening. So, how do morning EMH work (1 hr earlier than each different opening hour) and evening EMH work (3 hrs after each different close time per section)?

During EMH....is any part of the WS opened later than the standard hours; shops, restaurants? or is it only FW attractions as listed.

Attractions open during evening EMH at Epcot are:

El Rio del Tiempo (Mexico)
Honey, I Shrunk the Audience
Journey Into Imagination With Figment
Maelstrom (Norway)
Mission: SPACE
Spaceship Earth
Test Track
Universe of Energy

As you can see, it's mostly FW attractions, but both Mexico and Norway are open as well. I'm not sure which other pavilions are open for shopping or dining (probably not many), but Mexico and Norway are the only pavilions that have attractions available.

No part of WS is open during morning EMH at Epcot.

EMH attractions stay open until 9pm....then EMH begins....and ends at 12

So, it sounds as if EMH (both morning and evening) at Epcot is only valuable for the FW rides and attractions. If I'm interested in spending time in the WS shops, restaurants, then EMH would be of value....correct?
