EMH and Soarin'?

I'm looking at the schedule for May and we'll be in the world during an evening EMH at Epcot. I looked at the schedule of rides available during the EMH and Soarin' isn't on it. Do you think this is just because it's not officially open? Do those of you who are experienced at this WDW thing think it'll be open late? I'm just trying to tentatively plan our main rides.
Is there somewhere I can find out how long Epcot will be open that night? The EMH info says the parks stay open "up to" 3 hours after official closing. TIA!!!

I am pretty postive the ride should be added, b/c along with Test Track and Mission Space, it will be the most popular attraction in Epcot.

I thought Soarin' was inside the Land? Maybe they dont want to open the Land during EMH?

I'm pretty sure that Soarin will be part of EMH.
