If Magic Kingdom has extra magic hours from 8:00-9:00am will ADR's for Crystal Palace be available earlier than 8:00am or is that the earliest you can get?

No, Though It's still the earliest ADR available, those mornings will have no.pre park opening ADRs so best case scenario, change your ADR to 10:30ish and get there extra early for rope drop. There is usually very few lines and waiting early am. Have a granola bar and juice box on the way in and enjoy your meal later when the crowds start coming in!
