Shouldn't surprise me really, the service we've had at all his restaurants we've visited has been second to none and I guess it only stands to reason that an establishment with such great folks up front would also have great folks out back.

I commented on this once to one of the chefs, his response: "Well, we have to work with these people, why would we want to work with someone that is not nice?"
